JCPenney ran a free kids’ haircut promotion in August and it went so well, they’re making free haircuts a permanent event! Starting November 4th, schedule free kids’ haircuts at your JCPenney salon every Sunday. There are a limited number of appointments, so call and book well in advance! This will be officially announced on the JCPenney website later this week, but here is an official article from CBS News on the subject.
